2 ingredient chocolate mousse!

2 INGREDIENTS!!!!!!! pretty unhealthy tho 

Ingredients:

small handful of chocolate chips/chopped chocolate

1/4 cup+1 tbsp whipping cream

Process:

-In a double boiler, melt down the chocolate

-While chocolate is melting, whip 1/4 cup of cream

-Once chocolate has melted, whisk in 1 tbsp of cold whipping cream, should be smooth and glossy

-Combine whipped cream and chocolate mixture, freeze for 10 mins to allow to set up or refrigerate until ready to serve
