frozen chocolate covered raspberries

please eat this

1 box of raspberries

2 handfuls of chocolate chips

2 tbsps of coconut oil

1. in a double boiler, melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil, whisk until smooth

2. dip raspberries in chocolate chips using a fork, shake off excess chocolate and place on a tray lined with parchment paper

3. place in freezer and freeze for 3 hours or longer
