apple sauce bc sometimes chewing is hard
IF U KNOW ME U KNOW I LOVE APPLESAUCE ITS SO GOOD AND I DONT EVEMN HAVE TO CHEW????? NO PRESERVATIVES AND SO EASY AND GOOD TRUST ME BYE
INGREDIENTS:
4 apples, cored and peeled
1/3 cup water
juice of 1/4 of a lemon (or less depending on the tartness of your apples)
2 tbsp of brown sugar (optional, use if ur apples are sour but i usually leave it out)
1tsp (or less, depends on what u like) cinnamon (optional)
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
METHOD:
chop apples into cubes and dump them into a pot with the water
bring to a boil and simmer 20-30 minutes or until the apples have softened (you'll know theyre done when you can easily pierce with a fork)
allow the apples to cool
add lemon juice, sugar, and spices into a blender with the apples and pulse until its reached the desired consistincy (if its too thick, add extra water or apple juice)
serve
