carrot cake that is, like, so good

I started making this in 5th grade so just know that even a 10 year old can do it and if you cant then that speaks volumes

also did i mention that this cake is actually so good bc it is

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots (grate on the bigger holes, very finely grated carrots will add too much moisture)

1/2 cup butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (use more or less depending on how sweet you like your frosting but i'm trying not to die early)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cake:
Preheat oven to 175 C and grease 2 9in round pans
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, white sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
Stir in carrots
Pour into prepared pan
Bake 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the centre
Let cool in the pan for 10 mins and then turn onto a rack until completely cool

Frosting:
Beat together butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until creamy
Taste and adjust amount of powdered sugar is needed
Frost cake
