crepes bc i like nice things
lemon juice and sugar on crepes is possibly one of the reasons i still have a will to live. make these. also they turn out about 80% of the time for me sometimes they just stick everyone someone tell me what im doing wrong
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions:
Sift flour into a large mixing bowl and whisk in eggs
Gradually whisk in the milk+water
Add salt and butter and whisk until lump free and smooth
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium high heat and pour batter onto pan
Tilt the pan in circular motions to spread the batter out into a thin layer or use one of those dope wooden stick things that they use at the crepe stores
Cook until the bottom is golden and flip and cook
Serve (preferably with lemon juice and granulated sugar but i can't control u)
